Customization process

The main components of the European crane end beam include:

– European three-in-one reduction motor: integrates frequency conversion speed regulation motor, electromagnetic brake, and hard surface reducer. This structure gives the geared motor advantages in terms of performance and reliability.

– European crane rubber buffer: used to absorb shock and vibration during crane travel and operation to ensure smooth operation.

– European crane active and passive wheel sets: Made of high-quality ball-milled cast steel and surface-hardened, it has good elasticity and noise reduction.

– European crane end beam: available in single beam and double beam configurations. The end beams of wheel diameters 250 and below are made of specially designed rectangular pipes with sophisticated workmanship and smooth surfaces. The end beams with wheel diameters above 250 are welded from steel plates.

– Crane rail sweeper: It is an auxiliary device installed on the European end beam to prevent objects from falling.

– The stroke reduction gearbox adopts a three-in-one structure, and the gear material is chromium-molybdenum alloy. Hardened gears have a high surface hardness (HRC60), are semi-grease lubricated and require no maintenance.

– Soft start device, smooth starting and braking, effectively preventing heavy objects from shaking.

– The electromagnetic brake adopts DC design to provide strong and stable braking force. The braking force can be directly adjusted through bolts, which ensures long service life, safety and reliability.

– The wheels are made of high-quality 42CrMo material with surface hardening treatment, which has good elasticity and noise reduction effect, small diameter and reduced height.
