Electromagnetic chuck is a piece of equipment commonly used in metallurgy, mining, machinery and transportation industries for hoisting and transporting ferromagnetic materials, especially steel. It acts as an electromagnetic manipulator to firmly grasp and handle these materials.

6. The electromagnetic chuck is designed for easy installation, operation and maintenance, ensuring convenience and user-friendliness.Selection considerations:

1. When selecting the appropriate suction cup type, consider the temperature of the material being lifted. If the temperature is below 100°C, choose the ambient temperature version. For temperatures above 100°C, choose the high temperature version. For temperatures above 600°C, choose the ultra-high temperature version.
2. If the suction cup will be used continuously for more than 60% of the time, please consider choosing a high-frequency model for best performance.
3. In applications involving materials hoisted in water (maximum depth ≤100m), it is recommended to use underwater electromagnetic chucks. Please note that the parameters of the water type electromagnetic chuck are the same as the ambient temperature type, as shown in the sample provided. If you require a water version, please specify when placing your order.
4. The ambient temperature range of the electromagnetic chuck is -5°C to 40°C (ambient temperature type) and -5°C to 80°C (high temperature type). In addition, suction cups should not be used at altitudes above 2000m.
5. When selecting equipment, select rectification control equipment and auxiliary equipment based on the power consumption (current) of a single suction cup unit. If multiple units are used together, consider the total power consumption (current) of all units.
